Return Policy

  • Contractor Access will respond in most cases, within 24 hours, to all RGA (Return Goods Authorization) requests. An RGA number (or reason for decline) and instructions will be faxed or emailed to the customer.
  • Return transportation must be prepaid by the customer with freight carrier designated unless alternative shipping is authorized in advance as part of the RGA issued by Contractor Access.
  • Any shipment sent collect will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Freight will be credited on defective merchandise or on orders caused by or resulting from shipping errors on our part.
  • Credits will be issued at invoiced cost when accompanied by that invoice or P.O.#, otherwise the prevailing price will represent the credited amount due.
  • Any RGA may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
  • We will not accept returns on any merchandise over one year from the date of the initial sale. Also, all RGA’s expire 30 days after the date of issue, and credit must be taken within 1 year of receipt.
