The Parabond Purple Primer Cleaner is for use on PVC and CPVC surface preparation. It is designed to remove surface dirt, oils and other contaminants from the surface of the piping, for a stronger bond. This primer is low VOC and meets SCAQMD 1168 & ASTM-F656.
